SUNDAY Rides

Lawrence is planning a ride to Lake Mahipac on Sunday, April 29th.
I’ll be at the Lookout at 7am to set up some cones for a pre-ride skills practice before the ride; slow speed maneuvers, swerves, quick stops and cornering. If you want to warm up befote the ride, join me, just bring some coffee and bagels or oranges.

We spoke about this at the last Board meeting.

I’d also like to arrange a formal full day training at Big Apple Motorcycle School, at Hecksher State Park. It would be on a Friday, and we can have a BBQ as well. Not as elaborate as the pig roast Scott Schifilliti hosted a few years ago, but the park has a picnic area close to the range where we hold trainings, with bbq pits and picnic tables.

I’ll put out a separate post and survey to gage interest.
